Just finished my first cup of coffee with the Chemex and I'm totally sold on it. It makes a fantastic brew with the Chemex filters. The coffee beans i'd been using with a french press would produce a slightly bitter and acidic cup but when brewed with this Chemex it's a totally different cup of coffee. The bitterness and acidity are completely gone, I'm amazed at the difference. I heartily recommend this brewing method.(Read more)
